Chris, co-founder of Stony Creek Brokerage, Inc., began his real estate career in 2001. After spending six years in sales with a fortune 16 company, Chris determined there was a need for a specialty brokerage firm to initially service the Elgin/South Elgin industrial community. The rest, as they, is history. Chris has expanded his sales prowess with a comprehensive knowledge of the local industrial market to provide his clients with an informative, fluid experience when buying, selling or leasing real estate throughout Kane, Dupage and Cook counties, one client at a time. This knowledge, unique from his competition, comes through the insight he has gained in his experiences and exposure to the development and construction aspects of this market, which his family has been prominently involved in the Fox Valley for over thirty years.

Mark Krage Esq.

Mark joined the Stony Creek family in 2004 and is both an Illinois licensed attorney and real estate broker. He received his bachelor's degree in business management from DePaul University and he graduated within the top third of his class from the John Marshall Law School. Mark adds a tremendous amount of value to each transaction with his specialized legal training. He is extremely diligent in his approach and he truly takes pride in his work. Mark is involved in all of the components of the brokerage which makes him an invaluable tool to the firm.
